Are Adobe products provided by Ace Micro genuine?

Ace Micro is a certified reseller of Adobe Inc. in Pakistan and all products provided by us are 100% genuine. Product delivery is done directly by Adobe. We place the order with Adobe on your behalf through distribution channels.

Why is there a difference in the pricing offered on Adobe Website and Ace Micro's Website?

Adobe Products are not directly available in Pakistan. When you purchase from us, we are bound to keep a margin to make profits. Furthermore, we are bound to pay 17% GST to the government which is also included in the license pricing.

After confirmation of payment, when is the product delivered?

* Any orders placed during On-Timings (0900-1700 PST) will be fulfilled within 1-3 hours.

** Any orders placed during Off-Timings or Saturday / Sunday will be fulfilled within 24 hours.

*** In case any order is not fulfilled within the stipulated time, please contact us on given numbers or click on the WhatsApp float at the bottom right of the page.

On how many devices can I use my Adobe License?

Do we provide after sales technical support?

Primary technical support may be provided by us on request. However, keep this in mind that you receive genuine products by Adobe so you are automatically eligible for support directly from Adobe. You can contact Adobe Support via your Adobe account which will be provided by us to you.

What is your refund policy?

Refund of Annual licenses purchased from us can be claimed within the first 7 days of issuance of license.

No Refund will be provided for monthly licenses. Once a monthly order is placed and payment is confirmed the transaction will be final and you will be delivered the license.
